General terms and conditions
After full payment has been made in accordance with the terms below, the customer of Site Stylus has the right to receive and use the service to which the subscription relates. By ordering the service, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with the general terms and conditions for Site Stylus' services. Ordering of the service takes place through forms on Site Stylus' website and can not be carried out with anything other than an active approval of the terms and conditions set out here.

§1. General
These terms regulate the contractual relationship between Site Stylus and the person ordering the service, hereinafter referred to as "customer".
Through the electronic order, the customer acquires that you only have the right to use Site Stylus' services to supplement your website on the Internet. The customer acquires no other rights through this agreement.
Electronic ordering means an order made via the Internet. With the order, the customer agrees to enter into legally binding agreements, place orders and create other registrations, and the customer hereby also approves electronic delivery of messages, rules and transactions from and to Site Stylus. Furthermore, the customer hereby waives all rights under the laws that require non-electronic original signature.
Site Stylus notification to the customer takes place via E-mail or by publishing on the website. Such notice is deemed to have been received seven days after its dispatch / publication if it does not appear probable that the notice has arrived after this time. Site Stylus has the right to terminate the agreement during the term of the agreement with immediate effect if the customer violates any of the points in the agreement or if Site Stylus considers the customer to be unsuitable.

§2 Service description
For clarification of which services are included in the subscription with Site Stylus, the customer is referred to order confirmation. To make it easier for the customer, Site Stylus in some cases does not want to set limits for certain services, in these cases unlimited or free is stated as a name. Site Stylus' definition of unlimited or free is that the services are offered within reasonable limits for what the software and hardware and the support department's capacity can handle. Site Stylus has the right to determine the limits. If the customer consumes software and hardware resources or the support department's resources more than Site Stylus is considered reasonable, Site Stylus has the right to shut down the customer's services with immediate effect.

§3 Contract and Contract period
All orders are binding. The contract period runs from the order date. The contract period is not affected by when the customer chooses to use the system. Confirmation of order is sent via E-mail to the E-mail address specified when ordering.
The agreement runs for the operation of Site Stylus' services the agreement period / payment period chosen by the customer at the order date.

§4 Fees and Payment
The fee is always paid in advance. The customer is responsible for following the payment terms.
Site Stylus has the right to delete the customer's saved information during periods when the customer does not use the services.

§5 Price change
Fee change can only take effect in connection with a new contract period.

§6 Limitation of responsibility
Site Stylus is responsible for the operation of the agreed service in the subscription agreement. If the service is down for at least one (1) day (weekdays Monday-Friday), and that this is not due to the customer and / or circumstances beyond Site Stylus' control, Site Stylus' responsibility is limited to the customer's cost for the service for the actual period of time the service has not been available on the basis of the service being terminated, and reported by customer, until the service was resumed.
Site Stylus reserves the right to decide whether to make a price reduction. Site Stylus' responsibility is limited to the price reduction. Price reduction is regulated by credit.
Price reduction / reduction as above is not paid to the extent that the interruption or obstacle can be attributed to the customer, such as in the event of incorrect use. Price reduction is not applied in the event of errors or interruptions that occur in the event of any upgrades to the system that improve the service for the customer. Interruptions that occur during periods of planned maintenance of networks, etc. shall not be regarded as operational interruptions.
Site Stylus cannot guarantee that data can be read back to the customer's account in the event of any errors that occur.
Site Stylus is not responsible for direct or indirect damages or financial losses due to errors, delays, imperfections, interruptions, non-delivery (including but not limited to delivery in the form of data), lack of availability or similar circumstances or events or other consequential damage and damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen by Site Stylus. Indirect damage refers to, for example, loss of data, obstacles to fulfilling obligations to third parties or loss of service. Since the service is dependent on the Internet functioning normally, the customer understands that interruptions, delays, bugs and similar obstacles on the Internet do not constitute errors in the service. The customer can also never claim damages from Site Stylus for indirect damage such as loss of profit, lost savings, lost goodwill or loss / distortion of data.
Site Stylus is not responsible for damage due to faults caused by technical errors or defects in anyone other than Site Stylus.
Site Stylus makes no warranty for communication between Site Stylus and the ISP that delivers to Site Stylus.
Site Stylus is not responsible for damage due to errors, deficiencies, bugs or problems with (including but not limited to) applications, standard plug-ins, modules, other modules, design, additional services, system development, operating solutions or customizations. Site Stylus is not responsible for changes or additions made by anyone other than Site Stylus. The same applies if the error or defect is due to someone hired by Site Stylus or someone in the previous sales chain.
Site Stylus exercises no control over the information or materials contained on Site Stylus' servers. Site Stylus is also not responsible for damages if anyone intrudes on Site Stylus' servers and computer resources and gains access to, destroys or distorts information. Site Stylus is not responsible for any infringing information contained on Site Stylus' servers. Site Stylus strives to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.
However, there is no direct or indirect guarantee for the accuracy of the content and Site Stylus takes no responsibility for errors or omissions. Information may therefore contain inaccuracies.
Site Stylus takes no responsibility for the content of external websites linked to or from this website. External links are an optional service to visitors and Site Stylus can thus not directly or indirectly guarantee the accuracy of the content of external websites.
Statistics in Site Stylus - Disclaimer
Site Stylus strives to ensure that all information on our reports is accurate. However, there is no direct or indirect guarantee for the accuracy of the content and Site Stylus takes no responsibility for errors or omissions. Information on this report may therefore contain inaccuracies.
Site Stylus' total responsibility for damages, including direct / indirect damages, in accordance with all the terms of this agreement shall under no circumstances exceed the amount the customer has actually paid for each individual Site Stylus service on which the customer's claim is based and a maximum of one (1) price base amount.
Site Stylus makes no warranty, either in writing or orally, directly or indirectly beyond what is expressly stated in this Agreement, regarding services provided under this Agreement.
Site Stylus does not guarantee that, among other things, services will meet the desired results or that the use of services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The customer must, in order not to lose his right to compensation, in writing via registered letter, submit the claim no later than three (3) months after the party has marked the basis for the claim. If the deadline is not met, Site Stylus responsibility ceases.

§7 Force majeure
Site Stylus shall be exempt from damages and other sanctions if the performance of the agreement is hindered by any circumstance - such as e.g. accident, fire, thunderstorm, war, riot, flood, severe weather, government intervention, disturbance, restrictions on energy supply, labor market disruption, labor dispute (whether Site Stylus personnel are covered), bans, restrictions, non-delivery or unavailable transport, unfavorable transport conditions subcontractors, faults in another operator's network or service or act or omission on the part of the authority or another outsider.

§8 Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the content of the customer's correspondence, the content of the customer's web pages including linked objects or other activities that the customer performs on the Internet or in systems connected to the Internet.
If Site Stylus is unable to repeat or experience the same problems as the customer claims, it is the customer's responsibility to fully cooperate, assist, test and provide feedback or evidence in the format requested by Site Stylus (may be video, image, computer sharing) to Site Stylus. Otherwise, the customer has no right to request cancellation and / or refund and / or price reduction. The customer has no right to request compensation or invoice Site Stylus for the customer's time spent.
Customer has no right to request cancellation and / or refund and / or price reduction for errors due to third party integration.
The customer is consequently responsible for compliance with the Copyright Act, the Personal Data Act and other laws. The customer also undertakes not to make unauthorized intrusion into the resources that are connected to the IP network as a whole, nor to Site Stylus. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that generally accepted ethical standards and that Site Stylus or government agency's instructions for use of the service are followed. The customer is solely responsible for any claims for damages that may be directed at the customer from third parties due to the content that the customer uses, downloads from the Internet or otherwise encounters when using the service. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the user ID and password are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot access them or otherwise use the service without authorization.

§9 Suspension of services
Site Stylus has the right to immediately terminate an agreement without obligation to repay if the customer uses the service in an improper manner. Improper manner is included but not limited to the following:
- Dissemination of illegal or unethical information via own websites.
- To use the service for illegal acts on the Internet or related networks.
- Violation or suspected violation of the Copyright Act, the Personal Data Act or other laws.
- Sales when the customer does not report and pay taxes and fees.
- Via the service harass individuals, companies or organizations.
- Actions that negatively affect Site Stylus, Site Stylus' systems, our suppliers' systems, other users or the Internet itself.
- Various forms for continuous transfer of files to the web account that are not for updating the web page are not approved.

Where the term "unlimited" is specified by Site Stylus, it means that the services are offered within reasonable limits for the capacity of the software and hardware. Site Stylus reserves the right in each case to determine the limits of what is reasonable. If the customer consumes software or hardware resources that exceed what Site Stylus is considered reasonable, Site Stylus has the right to close the customer's account with immediate effect. Site Stylus reserves the right to assess the individual customer's number of visits and thus the amount of traffic based on Site Stylus' conditions to maintain good bandwidth so that no other account holders are harmed. Site Stylus thus also has the right to terminate the account. Site Stylus reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the customer threatens or is generally unpleasant towards Site Stylus or Site Stylus' staff.

§10 Policies & other
Site Stylus does not want our customers to appear in connection with rogue use of the Internet.
Site Stylus has permission to make checks of the information on our customers' storage space. If Customer breaches the agreement, Site Stylus reserves the right to block the information deemed inappropriate. If the violation is serious, the customer may be suspended in whole or in part from continued use.
Site Stylus reserves the right to restrict or restrict access to the offers included in a subscription without prior notice in cases where Site Stylus deems such a restriction necessary in view of operational and / or security circumstances.
Site Stylus reserves the right to have a link to the customer's website from its reference page.
Customer can delegate operation of layout, update, etc. to another person or organization. This does not limit the customer's responsibility.

§11 Personal data, duty of confidentiality and secrecy
All information provided by the customer to Site Stylus is treated confidentially and is confidential. All Site Stylus' employees have signed confidentiality agreements and no information is provided to anyone other than the customer unless otherwise agreed. This means that your data will not be used outside of Site Stylus' business. Site Stylus, however, has the right to provide information to the state authority if this is requested in accordance with the law. Site Stylus also has the right to provide information to third parties if needed in connection with additional services that the customer wants.
Site Stylus has the right to save the customer's E-mail address, without associated information, in the system even if the customer requests that this be deleted.

§12 Change of terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply until further notice. Site Stylus reserves the right to change these terms during the term of the agreement. Changes will take effect as soon as they are announced on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor changes to this agreement via Site Stylus' website. If the change as above is to the significant detriment of the customer, the customer has the right to terminate the service during the current agreement period with effect from the change's entry into force. No other notice of change of conditions is required.

§13 Dispute
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement and related law, which cannot be resolved through direct negotiations between the parties, shall be decided by a Swedish court.
